How It Works
It’s easy to schedule repair of your portable oxygen concentrator or stationary oxygen concentrator with Repair Authority. The first step is to send your concentrator to us so we can diagnose it and give you a free, no-obligation estimate. Once you approve your estimate, we’ll take care of your repair quickly and reliably.
STEP #1
To get started, complete our Oxygen Concentrator Repair Form. If possible, please have the make, model and serial number of your concentrator handy.
STEP #2
Print the Equipment Repair Form, package your oxygen concentrator securely and include the completed form in the box. SEND ONLY your device and power supply. For safety purposes, DO NOT SEND your cannula, mask, carrying case or cart. These items will be discarded if sent!
(Note: Repair Authority is not liable for any damage caused in transit to or from our facility. Claims for damage should be filed with the shipping carrier.)
STEP #3:
Ship your oxygen concentrator to:

For timely service, we advise that patients use UPS or FedEx to ship your equipment. Find your nearest UPS location here or your nearest FedEx location here. If you’re in the Cleveland area, you can also drop your device off between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If possible, please complete our Oxygen Concentrator Repair Form in advance.
STEP #4
As soon as we receive your unit, we’ll evaluate it and provide you with a no-obligation repair estimate. Once you accept the estimate, we’ll get started on your repair right away.
STEP #5
After your unit is repaired, we will return it to you via free ground shipping.
